BioNovix offers you the tools to gain your own business. You will be working with permission based marketing of the products they sell at BioNovix. There are several ways to earn income. Referrals are just one way to get the products promoted and available to your friends and family. Most often individuals want to test a product before they buy. The business opportunity with BioNovix allows your customers to test products to make sure your customers will be satisfied.
The idea of the BioNovix income opportunity is to provide you with more monthly income and a business that you will enjoy over something you have been doing for years. They have a two fold compensation plan to help you earn the money you need. First with BioNovix you are able to decide on the amount of compensation you earn. In other words how much you sell in volume and your level of performance is how the compensation is going to be determined. The second type of compensation with BioNovix is going to be the guide. You are going to be guided to realistic goals to set for your business over the ones that you cannot really reach.

Compensation Plan: BioNovix is going to offer you income, a system that works, and enable you to start a business. The compensation plan is how you will earn that income off of the successful business you start with BioNovix. There are three phases in the compensation plan. You have the enroller qualifications that will determine how much you can earn in a period of time and then the bonus amount.
The different levels are going to earn you different bonus amounts on top of the regular compensation. For instance for a first time person you are usually going to have up to $25 in your first bonus. The higher you work in the business the more bonuses you will receive for the orders you sell of the BioNovix product.
The idea is that you start of buying any kit BioNovix sells and then you work through different means such as online retail, and parties to sell the items. As you continue to sell you move up in the qualification status to where you earn more income. You can be a senior consultant, managing consultant, director, area director, and much more as you work your way up the levels. To earn a new level you do have to sell more products.
