  I have been a Conklin Co Inc Independant Business Owner since 2004. And wanted to help this along a little bit. You guys did a great job on the advantages, but I wanted to clarify a few comments you made in the disadvantages. "There is no set process that we can find to help you build your business." First, the person has to have the "want" to build a business. From there, we do have all kinds of training that can help them along the way. It is each individuals choice to take what they learn and apply it to their own use. Entities: willable ~ yes, you can leave your business that you have built up to your children or your spouse. Saleable ~ We have members who build a solid business, sell it and start another one, using Conklin Company Inc Products. This can be done an endless number of times, so, yes, in a way, it is transferable. Field Training and Support: The training is there, all you have to do is ask. I'm not a roofer, but I did attend a roofing training, just so I could know more about the products. It's amazing what you pick up at these trainings! Motivational Support: Conference calls, three ways with your upline, there is a lot of different ways to get your motivational support, as long as you are letting your team know what is going on. That is the whole support of the team, to help you through the tough times. Application fee: This is something you really didn't touch on.
