Comments: LGN Prosperity is the latest business in the LGN Revolution family known as the Little Guy Network.

LGN Prosperity offers a collection of software, eBooks and travel vouchers that can be resold. When you become a member of their community, you are purchasing these digital products and the right to re-sell them. With your membership you also receive your own store front to sell these products.

This business is a high breed between a multi level opportunity and an affiliate program. The way they suggest you create a business is by reselling the products. The compensation plan appears to be at the time of this review a one up compensation plan with a 20% override. This means the profit for your first sale is passed up to your sponsor. After that every sale you make you earn 80% and your sponsor earns 20%.

Advantages: None seen other then the ability to quickly resell products and make a commission. I think the real advantage is being able to take these tools that can be easily picked up and using them to help others start their business. Maybe one concept might be to use the LGN Prosperity opportunity as a secondary profit center by reselling the tools and travel vouchers as part of an overall business of helping others setup their own business. The cost of $290 could be a bargain for some individuals who are looking to save time and want to get a internet business up quickly. But then again, most of the software and ebooks can be found using other options costing much less. The benefit  would be finding someone who knows how to use the tools and software, which ones to use, and then giving the newest person the ability to get their business up and running quicker and be profitable sooner.

Disadvantages: The LGN Prosperity services can be quickly abused in the wrong hands. We have heard of it being presented as a feeder program, a long term profit center, and a residual income opportunity – many of them not entirely accurate. If you follow the math, a majority of the income goes to the owners and rightfully so.

We see this as a Commission / Affiliate program and don’t feel this is a viable long term stand alone service or business opportunity.
The websites that are provided to the distributors are not designed to actually “sell” products. The webpage simply provides a list of products that a customer can add to a cart and purchase. A customer would need to be sold prior to visiting the website in our opinion. It does not provide standard sales material such as the ability to offer bundled products or items you might want to purchase together, more  product information, or reviews that many stores now offer.

Travel Voucher Products  - None that we found are actually at no cost and some do have restrictions. They have different fees for each of the vouchers used. But the fees do look reasonable and don’t appear to be offerings to get you in the door and then charge you an arm and a leg to use them.

Compensation Plan: LGN Prosperity uses a 2×2 matrix. It costs  $299 to receive the rights to resell and purchase the “products”. The goal is to enroll 2 people who must also enroll two people. When completed, you earn $777 by filling out what they call “the board”. You can fill out the board as many times as you can resell the products. One of the other interesting concepts is that they allow the board to be filled out quicker by allowing people to follow you to the next one.
