Due Diligence Expanded Checklist©

The process of buying a company or investing a great amount of time with a company requires a thorough due diligence of all key elements! This is the most missed item when looking at a business and especially so in a low cost of entry, direct sales or MLM business.  You have to read between the lines....but "most" people don't want to take the time.

Here are some questions:

• Does this company have what it takes?
• Are these people trustworthy?

Have you done your homework, and searched out any secrets that might make you wish later that you'd just said no? The odds are, you haven't, but this list will give you a expanded list of areas to ask those questions so you don't get caught losing time and money on an opportunity that didn't make sense in the first place.
