Cash Flow Potentials

It is hard to find true leaders in a home based business that will guide you passed the joining phase. Most of these "leaders" are starting out and are at the mercy of the leaders or company’s guidance. If the company does not have a top notch training system in place that is easily accessible and FREE to all members, many will fail. Which then allows an individual or team to build their own training system. Some might be very good at helping while others could have only the goals of the leader in mind.

I had this problem when I first started joining companies online to market a product/service, my leaders were having minimal success and the company did not have any established training tools, and those tools that they did have were at a price and outdated. Come to find out, that is how many of them made a significant percentage of their money.

I finally understood that YES you need a good leader to guide you but you also need a good company to show you how to effectively market their product/services without it costing you an arm or a leg. You will only get this with a truly legitimate company and a leader that is working towards the mutual benefit of the company and its representatives.

In my over 10 years of home based business experience, I only have had a handful of companies that meet all my qualifications; available to all people, has training systems in place for the beginners as well as the more experienced,  has good management, and a good product or service.

I do a ton of research; there is practically nothing that I cannot find the information to. If I don't know something, I will find someone that knows the answer. Do not depend solely on the support of your "leaders" for you are your own boss, your own leader in training in a sense. You have a world of people out there doing what you do, find those that are successful and learn from them. Trial and error will put you on the right path if you do not give up. So many people give up at the 1st defeat instead of learning from their mistakes. You will only learn from your "failures" if you choose to, and that will make you an amazingly resourceful person in due time.

I have been building a support system within the home based business industry. My goal is to :

• By finding a business they have a passion or interest in
• Helping them do their own due diligence – company, people and team
• Understand how to build the business in a business-like-manner
• Finding trusted sources of people who have the same interest
