One of the best books I have read was Dale Carnegie's classic "How to Win Friends and Influence People". The other is "The Relationship Edge in Business: Connecting with Customers and Colleagues When It Counts" by Jerry Acuff and Wally Wood. Both these books talk about becoming genuinely interested in others and to take time to appreciate their business. Keeping in touch today with friends ,family and prospects is tough. There is so much noise, so many other things to do and then there is the expense. Most people would throw their hands in the air with the resignation that it's just too hard. But is it really?
