Looking at the past 30 years of National Boss Day on October 16th, workers everywhere might notice what has remained the same per the magazine Fast Company. Last Friday's Jobs Report revealed several important pieces of information. In terms of job losses, the report showed that 84,000 jobs were lost in August and that the numbers for June and July were heavily revised, so that an additional 58,000 jobs were erased. But the real buzz came when the report showed that the Unemployment Rate swelled to 6.1% from 5.7%, which marks the highest Unemployment Rate since September of 2003.
